Age
All drivers must be between 21-75 years old and in possession of a full driving licence. British licences must be held for a minimum of 12 months. Allowances can be made for minor endorsements.

Documentation
• Driving licence for all drivers (photo card and counterpart)
• Proof of address (utility bill, Passport, bank statement, etc.)
• Credit/Debit card for deposit (we do not except Solo or Electron)

Deposit
A deposit of £250 is required on commencement of hire (credit/debit card only). This is required as part of the insurance excess. Hirer is responsible for the first £500 of damages to hired vehicle and/or third party vehicle.

Foreign Travel
Vehicles may not be taken overseas

Payment
Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire.

Returning Out of Hours
The Hirer is responsible for the vehicle until the end of the agreed hire period, Vehicles returned out of hours are still the responsibility of the hirer until the vehicle is checked in by a member of staff during normal working hours.

Fuel (diesel)
Hirer to put in fuel as required, Vans to be returned with same amount of fuel at start of hire, Any extra fuel left in tank at end of hire will not be credited.

Weekend Hire
Vans are to be collected between 12.00pm – 5.00pm Friday and returned before 10.00am on Monday.

General Information
All rentals are subject to terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement.

You can hire all our vehicles for a day, the weekend, a week or longer, whatever your specific requirements may be.
