Is there a minimum age requirement?
All drivers must be between 21-70 years old and in possession of a full driving licence. British licences must be held for a minimum of 1 year, overseas licences for a minimum of 2 years. Allowances can be made for minor endorsements - please contact us for details).

When do l make payments?
Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire.

Are there any mileage restrictions?
No mileage restrictions apply in England, Scotland and Wales.

Are there any cleaning charges?
We do not normally impose a cleaning charge for vehicles returned. However, there may be certain circumstances where we would request an additional fee. For example, if a vehicle is returned in an exceptionally soiled condition. If you are in any doubt, please check with us.

Is there an excess on the insurance cover?
A deposit of £250 is required on commencement of hire (pre authorisation on a credit card is sufficient). This is required as the insurance excess. Any damage to either the hired vehicle or to a third party vehicle will be deducted from the deposit.

What is your fuel policy?
Fuel (diesel/petrol) to be put in by hirer as required. Vans/Cars to be returned with same amount of fuel as at commencement of hire. No refunds of fuel.

Can l take the vehicle abroad?
No – Our insurance cover is for the UK only

Do you permit additional drivers?
Yes – additional drivers are permitted subject to surcharge

Do you do Weekend hire?
Minimum of 2 days hire only is available From Friday Afternoon or Saturday morning. Vehicles are normally picked up Between 12 noon and 5pm on Friday or between 8.30am and 12 noon on Saturdays - returned before 9.00am on Monday.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking upto 7 days prior to the agreed start time subject to a cancellation charge of your holding deposit.
